In October of 2017, artist Stephanie Fehrenbach shared her incredible techniques for creating colourful bouquets in her modern, abstract style. 13 participants began by learning the basics of watercolour painting with a focus on colour mixing, layering and blending techniques.
Stephanie taught the step-by-step process to create some of her favourite blooms specifically: garden roses, ranunculus, carnations, privet berries, wax flower, ferns and eucalyptus.
A stunning inspiration bouquet was provided by Mint Floral Co. Whitby for students to take in their details. The workshop was held at the delightful Watson and Lou!
